We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our services. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that, under applicable California law, require us to offer consumers a “Right to Limit” the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information.

* We utilize a 3rd party payment processor, Qualpay, to process credit card transactions. Once collected, your credit card information is immediately tokenized and securely transmitted to our processor. We do not retain any local copies of your credit card data. ** We only collect personal information necessary to provide service to our customers or fulfill employment requirements at JS West. See California Civil Code sections 1798.105(d) and 1798.145 for exceptions to deletion rights.
